Due to having such a large community worldwide and a small powerhouse team, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose wisely and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. 

If you believe you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Timeline

Orders are generally fulfilled within one week of being received and shipping is dependent on shipping method selected.
